Richard Simcox
With over 25 years of experience in education, Rich has dedicated his career to improving outcomes for children and communities, particularly in areas of high deprivation. Having spent more than 15 years in senior leadership roles, he has worked as a Senior Leader, Lead Practitioner, and Executive Leader, supporting schools to develop strong teaching practice and sustainable improvement.
Throughout his career, Rich has focused on developing high-quality curriculum, effective assessment systems, and evidence-informed pedagogy to ensure that all children, regardless of background, can succeed in education. Much of this work has taken place in schools serving disadvantaged communities, where he has led initiatives to strengthen teaching and learning while building inclusive environments that support every child.
He are particularly passionate about values-led leadership and believe that schools play a vital role in helping children flourish both academically and personally. His work centres on creating cultures where staff and pupils are supported to grow, where high expectations are matched with strong pastoral care, and where children are encouraged to discover their own passions and love of learning.
Rich continues to champion inclusive practice, strong community partnerships, and educational approaches that ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Glenn Frost
Glenn has 21 years of dedicated service within the Trust. He is a highly respected Estates Lead known for a deep operational knowledge, strategic oversight, and unwavering commitment to create safe, efficient, and inspiring learning environments. Over more than two decades, he has overseen major capital projects, strengthened compliance, health and safety and safeguarding standards, and built strong relationships across the Trust, contractors, and local partners. His calm leadership, practical expertise, and long-term vision has made him an integral part of the Trust's continued growth and success.
